Digital Millennium Copyright Act Policy

Welcome to our Site. We value the rights of intellectual property and expect the same from others. According to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), copyright owners can submit takedown notices to our DMCA Agent for any infringements on our platform. As an internet service provider, we are protected by the “safe harbor” provisions of the DMCA against infringement claims.

Notice of Infringement – Claim

  1. A signature of the copyright owner or their authorized representative.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work that has been infringed.
  3. Details of the infringing material and where it can be located.
  4. Contact information of the complaining party.
  5. A statement confirming unauthorized use of the material.
  6. A statement verifying the accuracy of the notification.

Under Title 17 USC §512(f), penalties apply for misrepresentation in a DMCA notice of infringement. Takedown notices should be sent through our Contact page for prompt action.

We may disclose the identity of the complainant to the alleged infringer upon receiving a copyright claim.

Counter Notification – Restoration of Material

If material has been taken down due to a copyright claim, a counter notification can be submitted to have the material restored. The counter notification must include a signature, description of the material, a statement of good faith belief, and contact details.

Send counter notices through our Contact page, preferably via email.

Repeat Infringer Policy

We have a strict policy against copyright infringement and monitor repeat offenders. Accounts of repeat infringers will be terminated according to DMCA guidelines.

Modifications

We reserve the right to make changes to our DMCA policy at any time. It is advisable to check this page regularly for updates.
